Still looking a little crispy to me, otherwise nice shots! I like to use a little masking when I sharpen in lightroom.

A little better, but still a lot of artifacting. Need to mask the sharpening so it just does contrasted edges and not the entire image.

If you are sharpening in Lightroom or Camera Raw, try setting the masking in the sharpening section to like 90.

OK, I understand that some people have very white teeth but as the teeth recede into the mouth on both sides, the lips always cast a minute shadow and the back teeth appear ever so slightly darker than the front ones :)

Not much to critique. I think these look pretty darn good. Maybe soften the shine on her face a bit, otherwise very nice.
