Ok yeah I can guess I see it was an octa but was more wondering about the fill. Looks kinda like it it has a silver look to it but no actual catch light.

I think I can see a silver reflector reflected in the iris, just below the gridded softbox.

Good guesses, but much simpler. All natural light. Windows to her right, white foam core behind her. One other piece of white foam core to her left, at a distance for a bit of fill.
