I know everyone is always pounding sharpness, sharpness....but I think, in some cases, a little softness is the way to go. David Hamilton was very successful making pictures that were a touch soft.

Yes I was going for that look . The picture was not tack sharp to begin with so I went softer.
It kind of worked out on this particular 6 year old I think.
