Thanks! Just not sure it bothers me since it is a part of the shirt, not a frade pice of string

Interesting. It looks like the tails of a line of stitching, like the example below from "Just Sew Olivia" (external link).

You could always just clone the superfluous stitching away.

[GIFS ARE NOT RENDERED IN QUOTES]

How did you do this? Lol

If you mean the stitching going from being there to being gone, that's an animated gif that can be done in photoshop easily. There are a number of tutorials at Youtube that describe how better than I could do. For the one I did above, that's just two frames, each being on for 2 seconds in a continuous loop. I made a duplicate layer of the original and removed the stitching using content aware fill, cropped to the final size and then animated between the 'before' and 'after' layers.

I didn't know gifs could be made in PS. I guess I have some more homework to do. :)

Did you post it here via a link from Flickr?

I don't know if Flickr supports animated gifs or not and because of the potential file size, they may not be possible to upload directly to POTN either. So, I just upload gifs to my personal web space to link to them here using the [IMG] BBCode tags.

Photographers are violent people, first they frame you, then they shoot you and after that they hang you on the wall.
