I was using a white reflector for her images. They both wanted some shadows on one side (they didn't want to appear too corporate) so I backed the reflector off a bit for her shots, and removed it completely for his set. The only thing I would point to as a flaw is his jawline gets lost in the shadow. Stylistically, I'd raise the key light a bit, increase the fill light and maybe crop differently, (not quite as tight and offset a bit more to frame right), but my style (or anyone else's) doesn't need to be your style. I like the evenness of the light, but again I'd prefer the key light higher. Finally, for a headshot the crop should be tighter IMHO; this is technically a head-and-shoulders shot.
