3 light setup. 22" socked beauty dish in butterfly position with 500ws monolight.
400ws monolight camera left with a fresnel attachment for a little glow and fill. 500ws monolight in 30x40 softbox camera right even with subject through a 5x7' butterfly scrim for rim and splash on BG.

This seems to be a popular trend for client's to request. They're looking for something other than a gray or light colored sweep. Often they want the office environment as a background. Sometimes that's easier said then done. In this case it was a busy doctor's practice. We did find this view through the window in their lunchroom. It's not a tall building and camera height varied to flatter the subject. So this Spring presentation of a forest, blurred by bokeh, was what we went with.
