He looks a little stiff. Not a criticism just a comment. Do you find men in general harder to photograph than women? I'm just starting out and have noticed that quite a bit.

Beauty Dish with a reflector. Background has a light with a shovel reflector. A little contribution from two edge lights in gridded softboxes.
