Taken 2 weekends ago somewhere in Steilacoom WA. It was very bright outside and i managed to find this abandoned train station to provide little shelter.
Used D610 with Tamron 70-200 @ F2.8

I've been taking a lot of bright colourful portraits lately, and trying to prove to people that you can take a good portrait just about anywhere.
Stepping away from bright and colourful though I decided to go a little more darker with this image. Taken in the middle of the day, in the shade in front of a crappy looking bush with one speedlight in a smallish softbox.

a lovely young lady who was born with a giant "raspberry" on her right cheek, almost half of her face, I didn't do any editing on the texture of her skin
