Hello itsallart... thanks for the feedback. You are absolutely right, I have to do a better job of this. I'm just getting use to the new prime lens and I guess I didn't anticipate that it doesn't focus as fast as the other lens I have...

Still learning... but again thank you for the feedback. I think this might be a little better...

Any lens is tough when wide open, try to focus on the eye closer to the viewer and you should be fine, Joe :) I know it takes a while to get used to it. Good luck

Well, he shot at 1/160 and the other shot at 1/250, so I'm thinking that perhaps the focusing was a bit off :)

Hey Ryan... I'm not really sure myself -? I'm just really really new to the DSLR world, and getting use to the equipments I have... but hopefully, with all the positive feedback and suggestion/ recommendation I get, I'll produce much better pictures in the future.
