I saw this chap at a local bird reserve(uk) back in January/February but he was along way out, so taking shots was a waist of time. Popped up there last week and he was right out in front of one of the hides, lucky days!

Great set Alan, love the head plumage on these birds. Very nice exposure work on those whites.
