May 31, 2014 17:04 | #8 Oh now I understand. We were at Erindi in a deserted old quarry and the lioness was laying on the top, so we had to shoot up at the lioness. I also have 3 adolescents playing on the slope that the image is not nearly as impressive. Images in Africa Safaris

In the 7 or so years that I have been leading safaris into Africa I have not shot a lion or lioness up in the light like this. Leopard certainly, but lion no, as they are usually below the horizon Images in Africa Safaris
