I've never seen a caracara in the wild before. Today I saw three while driving! I happened to have my camera with me. Here's one shot. He was going back and forth between road kill in the middle of the road. Suggestions welcomed. :)

Looks loke a good job on your PP with your blacks being a little crushed (too dark). Lovely shot.

Great find to see 3 of 'em. Very nice shot of this guy. Did you take it in portrait mode? If possible I'd frame it with a bit more space in front of him, but if in portrait there's not likely any more there.

Looks like a very nice capture to me Robert!
I'd agree with John on the blacks especially in the belly area, and with Ian about the crop if possible.
The roadside setting with the wispy grass background is nice. Therein lies my only added comment that it sure would have been nice if he'd stepped up on the road so we could see his feet. Not a lot we can do about that sometimes :)

Thanks for all the comments! Yes, this was cropped quite a bit. I was on the other side of the road. I'll make the changes. I appreciate your feedback. :) :)
