Feeding on the mayfly

The sparrows have been feeding on the mayfly in recent days. Here is a female with lunch!

:lol: It was great watching the sparrows feeding - many burrowing through the watercress to pick up their snacks. The more adventurous catching the mayfly in mid air - as you say "fast food"! ;)
