I've imported an image from Lightroom, 16-bit, go to Filter > Blur > all the blur options are available to click except Smart Blur, it's grey'd out. I tried converting to Smart Object and it's still not available. What am I doing wrong? Thanks folks! My name is Jeff, not actually Jose Canseco.
