Can't decide between these two. Really like the G1X but the EVF and extra range of the P7800 is appealing.
Anyone had experience with both?
Thanks,
AL

Jun 05, 2014 07:18 | #3 Thanks. I know, but I want the flip screen so options are limited. I realise there is a big difference in the sensor size between the G1X and P7800 which doesn't really bother me.

Have you considered the Olympus Stylus 1? It has a longer zoom, same sensor size as P7800, and good EVF. The LCD is not articulated, but does tilt up and down some.
