I know hardly anyone comes to this section of the forum, but maybe I'll get lucky. (Hey, honey, ya hear that? )

I posted a FS ad. I'm sick and tired of people, once they see my ad, rushing to sell their crap and pushing me off the first page. When I've got nothing to sell, the junk I see for sale stays on the first page for days. Soon as I post something, everybody and their mother has got something to sell.

So, like B&H and Adorama yesterday and today, take a hiatus. Make up a holiday, whatever you gotta do, but don't post nutting' for sale.

I'm a gear hoarder, I'll take the whole month off if it helps. At some point I might run an add to get rid of my old darkroom but I rather doubt that will compete much.

No, but a title change on my for sale thread would, as I'm about as dumb as they come. I thought it was the 445 but it's been pointed out to me it's the model 307. While they sell for the same originally, I'd like that corrected, por favor.

When looking for gear to buy, I give no more attention to the first page than I do to the subsequent pages. Therefore, being bumped off the first page should not be any disadvantage whatsoever, so long as all other potential buyers practice the same search habits that I do.

Dark room? What the heck is that? My home's former owner had a dark room set up in a small room off the basement. Yuck.
