Loons are again nesting at the end of our bay, about a hundred yards from our property. This year's high water does not bode well for their success, however.

Lets hope for lower water levels and more photos like these. 100 yards from your property, I guess those cold winters do have some advantages. Hope to see more Al, Well done indeed.

Love the pattern displayed by the nester in the 1st image Al, but WOW the partial lighting on your second subject is absolutely to die for. You just keep getting better and better my friend!

Great photos, were you in a kayak or canoe for the low angles? We only get a few migrating through our area in Ohio.
