Have you tried this plug-in? Is it worth $300 for LR and PS functionality? Do you think it does a better job than you could do manually?

You can test it for free. In my opinion, it is not worth 300 dollars. Probably there are other opinions because it sells. Another candidate would be the Alien Skin (external link) that gets some heavy promotion from Sue Bryce. There is also a free test version.
