haha I feel you. Those are amazing shots though, but would be so nice if it was just on a natural looking branch.

Luckily, this perch neither adds nor detracts from the beauty of this bird; and you captured that beauty extremely well. I know a natural perch is really what we all want but we also all know we're not in control....ever!
I did chuckle at the picture(s) and the comments about her laughing at you. The 4th image comes pretty close to what I'd picture this bird would look like if laughing. Here's hoping for more opportunities for you soon.

And why not give her a nice natural perch.
Maybe wire a nice branch to the end of the rail and take it down when youre' done.
