Their E Bay shop states that they are Hong Kong based and that "International items may be subject to customs processing and additional charges". In English that means that you may well be caught for 20% VAT + Import Duty (if any) and a handling fee for the privilege.
These people are UK based, I have not used them myself but I know of two happy customers. They are in Knighton and allow pickup if you are nervous.
