Beginning to think of my images as "Profile in Monotony" W/ apologies to JFK. Spotted this Hairy WP a couple of days ago, but when I saw her, she spotted me and was gone! Was a little more stealthy and got this thru the back door. Not great, but...

I know the feeling great effort on your part. I enjoy seeing woodpeckers but it takes allot of patience to capture them.
