You're a good man :) I'm sure keeping it professional among other professionals will land you more clients in the future!

There's one like that in every industry. Good grief.

Not surprisingly in a lot of ruthless industries and careers that tend to attract psychopaths (not necessarily a bad thing). There's probably a deeper issue with guys like this realtor though

Wow, I'd hate to see how he acts in restaurants. What a jerk. You handled it well.

He's a d-bag. Keep an eye on his listings and if you see any of your photos get a screen grab and call a lawyer.

Sounds like an attitude problem all the way. Could've negotiated the price down and kept the listing.

AP,

Glad your photos were taken down. As you've already picked up on, don't worry about this jerk. He's already digging his own grave.

Cheers,
Bryan

Yea, you're much nicer than I am. I would've reported him after a response like that but the above is true as well. He is making his own bed. Shocked to see someone speak to a "client" in that manner.

I've learned that jerks will never learn their lesson. That is why they continue to be jerks. The best thing you can do is spread the word about how this guy operates & be thankful that he took the pictures down without a fight.

edit: I've learned that this forum will censor a word that sounds very close to "a soul"

Your letter was appropriate and his response was rude, but in the end the images were removed. .

I agree, this guy was a buthead. Period. Your email was VERY polite with no challenging tone, and you offered all kinds of face saving outs. Including the one the dude took, by simply taking the photos down. There was NO reason for that out to include his rudeness, and in including that, he certainly did NOT save face.

There is a new presentation on the B and H explora webpage by the the copyright zone, which some of you may find interesting! They mention numerous image infringements and their financial outcomes.

aparis99 compliments on your professionalism, and your photos too!
