Zenfolio users...a little help with blog banner?

I'm trying to put the blog feature of my zenfolio into action but can't for the life of me get a banner that is the right size and doesn't make my logo look fuzzy.

Is it a size thing? (I've tried different ones) Is is a file thing?(I've done jpeg, gif, and png - none worked) Any guidance?
