Would you process it differently ? (The angle was about the best I could do without falling into the pool, this photo was cropped to remove things I couldn't keep out of the frame)

I like the blue with orange, but personally I would reduce the saturation of the blue in the buildings just to give them a bit more contrast with the sky and water.

I like the framing/composition too (with buildings centered), but people here tend not to like my sense of 'balance' so you might take that for what it's worth.

It’s gorgeous.
The only thing that I look at is the color of the houses. Seems they could be lighter/brighter. I love all the colors on the image. Maybe an HDR would bring out the houses a bit more.
Overall love the colors as I tend to like dark/night photos personally.

I agree and like that suggestion. It would be easy to lighten them a bit without necessarily tonemapping/HDR.
