OK, I got this from QVC who had a good deal and I could have sworn they said it was a T5i... so they do have the 30 day return thing which I'm doing now.
So, where are the good deals on the T5i ?

rrblint Listen! .... do you smell something? More info | There is no Canon Battery Grip listed as being usable on the T5 camera. Perhaps an aftermarket version exists though? yogestee "my posts can be a little colourful" More info | Jun 14, 2014 21:28 | #23 I can't understand why Canon USA didn't keep the 1200D name. Kinda makes it confusing as there is a T5i on the market. Can't understand why Canon USA didn't keep the xxxD designation also. I find it weird. Jurgen

Yeah, that is what you get! My mom is a QVC addict, and I'm always amazed the *ahem* crap she gets. With electronics/cameras QVC pretty much sucks. I'd say the best places for authorized dealerships in Canon gear is B&H Photo or Adorama: Canon seems to be forcing everyone to stick with their prices, but both sites won't have any sales taxes for anyone outside NY/NJ and they try to toss a few freebies in "kits" for every Canon product.
