Dang, Ian, it looks like you live in a bird "war zone."
I hope you get combat pay for sharing these awesome shots.
Amazing!
Ha, thanks Barry, he didn't even know I was there.
Wow now that is one amazing fishing series! Fantastic set!
Thanks very much Carol.
Thanks very much.
Daaamn, those are some kinda nice! Love the trifecta!
Thanks Bret!
Serious, lol ...Nice one
Thank you Jeff.
Wow...that bird knows how to fish! Great shots Ian.
Indeed, he knew what he was after Sandy.
You know, a few weeks from now he'll be hanging out with the other eagles talking about the time he caught three fish in one swoop and the other eagles are going to say "pics or it didn't happen".
LOL, I can supply him with the proof!
Ian ... I don't even know what to say. This is simply too awesome. Good thing you have the pics (or it didn't happen
) BTW ... all technical stuffs are top notch, too.Much appreciated, Linh. I was really afraid I was running out of light. I had been sitting for about 2 hours with no action other than the odd eagle flyover, high in the sky.
Great series of a master fisher in action.
Yes, this adult knew his way around. the fishing hole, thank you.
wow...have never seen that. fabulous captures.
Thanks very much.
He did well, didn't he Brad?
Great set Ian, first time I've seen a bird catching more than one fish at a time.
Thanks Mark. I've seen it happen before, it was just being there to capture it all.
Wow hungry fella, great capture Ian.
Thanks Dan. It was almost dark, so I think he was just after his bedtime snack.
Unbelievable shots, never would have thought....3 at a time. Did he share with anyone else??
Thanks Cheryl. Not that I could tell, he was the only one who came down from the trees to grab some, but he did eat 2 or 3 so he may have taken some in his crop back to the nest.

thanks Jeremy. I always enjoy yours too
