Bait and Switch?

I have a slight bait and switch problem that I'd like opinions on. I bought a Mindshift ~ Rotation 180 Professional Backpack Waistpack Combo for $389 from an Amazon seller, and Amazon Prime eligible and Amazon fulfilled. I received it today with NO accessories, so NOT a Combo.

If you read the questions and answers the third one reads:

"what is in the box? Apr 22, 2014
What's Included in the Mindshift Panorama Deluxe Kit : The deluxe model includes a range of accessories including the padded photo insert, top pocket, attachment straps and tripod suspension kit that provide further configuration and storage options."

None of these came with my order.

False advertising?

I'll take it up with Amazon tomorrow, just want opinions here.

So you only got the backpack? Or did you also get the waistpack? If no waistpack, then no, you did not get the combo.

Looking at Mindshift's page for the combo, it only includes the backpack and waistpack, but not the photo insert or all the other goodies listed. Those are all shown as available accessories.

However, the seller responded to the question of what's included, and lists all of those accessories, so... seems to me that the seller screwed it up, and doesn't really know what they're sending out. I'd be all over Amazon about it, and also would have expected all the accessories.

But I don't think it was a bait & switch, more like an error.

Error? I agree. Wasn't sure what term to use.

Just called Amazon. Didn't realize they were open on Sunday. They said they've had too many complaints about my seller and have removed them, yet they still have to fix those Q&A's. They also have refunded me $150. Accessory kit is $140, so now I'm set. Kudos to Amazon, I couldn't be happier.
