AI Servo noise

Is this mode noisier than others?

Depends on the lens. With your Canon lenses the mode should be silent.

maybe its seems to be noisier because the lens is more in motion when it trys to get the right focus

I apologize for the misleading query header..
What I really meant was, the digital image noise, or those little red and green dots that appear when the image quality is bad..
So is image noise higher when AI Servo is selected?

No.
The noise is generated by high ISO speeds through the CMOS sensor.
The focusing has nothing to do with the sensor so the mode should not affect the sensor noise.
