Spent last night catching up on editing some photos. Found this gem while digging through some photos I was able to take of Sachi in the desert a few weeks ago.

I would guess this has been asked in this thread, but I'll ask it anyway? Do you guys have a set of filters or does everyone use a Vari-ND? Do you buy based on lens or buy a bigger size and step it down? I would guess 2-3 stop would be the starting point.

Thanks for the quick reply, very nice shot again. Silver or white BD? Sorry for all the q's, however I just picked up a 27" silver BD and sock with the hopes of capturing something very similar. Figured a silver dish with the additional sock was the option that would offer the most uses. Again, thanks for the info/examples - have admired your work posted here for sometime.

thanks.... i have the white and i often use the sock diffuser with the beauty dish... the Silver one create a harsher light... i like my light softer.
