In the Phoenix valley, they sell thermometers that go no lower than 50. No point wasting mercury!!!

When I was there, Phoenix was usually 10 degrees hotter than Tucson at any given time, so I'm guessing it never gets cool enough. Tucson sits in a valley surrounded by mountains and one of them, Mt Lemon, has a ski area which gets snow.

So if you ever get curious and are willing to drive two hours in the winter to find out...

Nice shot...but why is that dude smiling? :p :-D

Absolutely. I never used to smile when I had to deal with that crap. This looks like an ad shot for Toro snowblowers.

Here was a real quick shot from today in the garage. GF's son and neice. Super adorable together - I couldn't resist getting a shot of them together!

One light: XPLOR 600 in a 47" PCB Octabox, in TTL FEC: Minus 1 and 2/3, custom WB set with a Lastolite collapsible grey card, slightly camera left, boomed high on a 45 degree angle. Thunder Grey BG.

Thats great! What do you find best to cut out for changing background?

Do you have an Idea ahead of time as far as color goes? Seems like you used matching gels..

Thanks!

I use the quick selection tool and layer mask

Sometimes i’ll have colors planned out but this had zero direction. It was a blue gel edited to match the background color
