Mines been hit and miss is that common for this lens? Actually I've never had a Canon lens that didn't need to be adjusted.

Heres a snapshot crop of the cat and I have no complaints at all it's nice and sharp.

Another shot is a crop from the weekend and it's been sharpened. Her face is so soft.

They both have similar setting and the one with the face I was using a monopod. I was out shooting fences this morning and sometimes it hit right on and the other times it was slightly front focusing. I'm kind of regetting not getting the Sigma version now as I've never had problems with there lenses.
