Is this lens suitable for woman? Can i bring it all day during a trip?

I afraid it will make my bicep more muscle

Certainly some women would be unhappy with this lens, but many are athletic and/or pragmatic about it. Get a good strap, make sure you're comfortable rotating the strap between you shoulders occasionally.

It also depends a bit on the body. It's a big difference between a Rebel and a 1D hanging off the lens.

If you're considering it, buy a used one and see how it goes. If you don't like it, you can sell for the same/similar price a few months later. Even if you lose $50 on the deal through shipping, that's still less than $20/month, viewing it as a rental.

Regarding muscle development, you can certainly build a bit of mass carrying something heavy all day 5 days/week, but it will be more for tone than size. An exercise that will build size would be bigger weight, fewer repetitions. This endurance stuff is more for definition than size.

After several seasons shooting my son's soccer, I found I had to purchase shirts with the left sleeve slightly bigger. And the sleeve needed to be slightly longer, as my constantly flexed left elbow would draw the sleeve upward exposing my wrist. I learned to wear my wristwatch on my right to help balance myself while shooting. But all this was worth the image quality from this lens's glass.

I'm aging myself here, but I remembered this Dilbert on a similar subject...

Oh, that's good.

Actually, I sent Walkundertherain a private message with a more serious reply.

I just couldn't resist the tongue in cheek one here.

But really, for a few years there, I did feel like Rod Laver.
