Nothing but net....

well, technically that second one was a bank shot!

i forgot to mention that this was with the 50D, so here's one at iso3200, f2.8, 1/50... plus a 100% crop.

yeah, there's some noise, but i don't think it's that bad. but i'm sure the lense helps...

Sydor, that is a cool shot, and it ain't just because of a nice lens!

Its been a while since I posted here. I use to shoot the 70-200 on a 450D. Now it lives on my new 50D :)

1. This is cropped. The original was taken in protrait orientation. I cropped the top third of the photo. Not much PP - her skin is actually that smooth. (1/2000s f/2.8 200mm)

2. Sea Eagle - also known as the Brahminy Kite or Haliastur Indus. It was flying just above the tree tops. Just a mild crop on this one. (1/3200s f/4 200mm)

3. Windows. No crop. (1/8000s f/3.2 200mm)

Took this one in Thailand a few years back. It's one of my favourite pics with my favourite lens!

Andrew, that owl shot is fantastic! Was that "in the wild"?
