Seeing those F1 pics makes me even more excited for the Indy this summer. And my wife says thank you Nik for the extra $200 i am spending on my new purchase of a TC, hahahaha.

Lol! I guess this means I should say, "You're welcome". Looking forward to seeing those Indy pics!

Tony and Nik, those are some excellent action captures. And Sam, that is a definite keeper there. Here is one from a few weeks ago at a local wildlife preserve.
This was also with my first try at using Nik Silver Efx.

Pham, did you use a layer mask to get the skin soft? Nice shots. 2nd one is excellent, but the hair in the 3rd disturbs me.

Pheta,

you are every where !!! ha ha..

my work flow is this.

raw to jpeg using DPP
Imagenomic portraiture 2 software using almost basic defaults -sliders never move more than -+ 2 increments.. don't want to over do it.

then i l mask the finished over the original to blend in what i don't want too soften..hope it makes sense.. erasing using a soft brush and opacity of 50 and flow of 50..

now you know my secrets and i hope i won't go out of business.. ha ha.. ha..
