Hello all,
Can someone offer some advice or opinion on how this performs compared to the 24-105mm at the 24,28,35mm ranges? Also perhaps in comparison to the 35mm f 2.0 IS? Thanks.

I can't comment on the 24-105 as I've never had it, but the 16-35/4 seems sharper at wider FLs than the longer end. This was my finding with the 16-35II/2.8 as well— and at 35mm, it was terrible. This lens is much better across the board at ƒ4 than the II2.8 even at 5.6, maybe ƒ8. There is a lot of barrel distortion at the wide end.
