It is a small pedestrian bridge across from the top level of the Colosseo Metro stop to the street on the upper right side. You can't miss it if you take the stairs from the metro stop all the way to the top. I have circled the bridge itself in red, and the blue arrow indicates the direction of the view. Hope that helps! PM me if you need more info on Rome. The AirBnB we rented is marked as Apartmento Roma on the right end of the bridge, so as you can see, we had an awesome location to stay in!
