Not guests but the couple getting married. Yes,100% but as far as the guest goes,before putting something like that out where you know you're going to make money. The right thing to do is to contact the individual that is in the image(s) being used and get a release or not use the images.

Of course! If this story is real or based on a true story, the photog (who isn't named) had to be out to lunch to sell off a photo of a random person with no release.
