These are two of the same photo with a small difference in contrast. I'm not sure which one I prefer. Any opinions?

I am guessing the top one has more contrast. I really had to look to tell the difference. I think you are splitting hairs. Great pics though. Lovely looking talent..

I think the first one looks better. She has great eyes and facial features that are slightly more emphasized in the first shot.

Thank you both. I see now that there is not as much difference on here as in lightroom and photoshop. Yes, the talent makes me look good. I appreciate your opinions!

Overall I like the 2nd a little better because the hair has more contrast. If you can't decide, how about trying sticking with the face of the first, then add a little contrast to just the hair? I'd maybe tone down the highlights in the hair as well so it doesn't compete with her face as much. Or...just leave it alone and still have a great photo. Wonderful effort and beautiful model!

IMHO I would go back to the original pic and try to save the skin texture.

I prefer #2, but think the skin is too smooth. JMO.

personally, I prefer pic 2 as well.
Mainly the brighter and sharper detail around the eyes

I can barely tell the difference. The first one I guess. I agree about the skin comments.
