Has anyone had a problem with consistent jpg conversions in RSEP? Seems like someone said something about 6 months ago. I'm in contact with the RSE Forum (external link) & wondered if anyone here had the same thing happening?

Here's the 1st post so you can see what's been happening (but not all the time).

I seem to be having an intermittent(?) problem that I've just started to document in RSP. I don't remember seeing it happen in RSE, & I haven't yet noticed it with TIFFs. JPG "conversions" are incomplete in that exposure changes are not always executed, (or maybe only partially?). I've suspected it from time to time, but haven't been sure, probably when the RSP corrections were minor. When I've tried to duplicate the problem & the tests have been OK so far, but when I come in with 100 shots of a job I'm seeing this more & more.
Tiffs have been 8-bit Adobe RGB.
JPGs have been both sRGB & once tried with my monitor profile.

Here are the "R" of RGB Measurements of a light area in the picture:

026_0045
The RAW file 160
Adjusted before conversion. 230
The converted JPG in PS7 158

026_0046
The RAW file 145
Adjusted before conversion. 224
The converted JPG in PS7 138

The converted aRGB TIFF in PS7 233
The converted sRGB TIFF in PS7 233

I ran 2 sets of conversions this evening. 1st set was OK. 2nd wasn't. Then I reconverted one "bad conversion" about 10 minutes later & it was OK!

Haven't noticed any problem yet but I'll be on the lookout for it.
