Simply amazing shots.

You are so lucky to be able to get close to the nest. I would think in the UK we would need a special licence.

Thanks, yeah, I was pretty happy they decided to do most of their flying in front of me, instead of the guys camped out 1/4 mile away with their 1DX's :)

thanks, it's actually a public beach, I'd say the majority of people that use it have no clue how close they are to the nest site...except for when they start flying they make a lot of noise, but for the most part i'd say many people walk by without giving it a thought.

Yeah, the adult brought in some prey, the young took it, and this was a moment where the adult chased him to try and grab it back.

Nice action shots!
We don't need a permit to see them in Ontario, but let me still express a little envy.
We have a local pair in our city. Volunteers do a fledge-watch a couple of critical weeks, and that was a nice experience in the last two years. This year, all was fine until a week ago, 3 of the 4 youngsters, growing up on the roof of a 20-floor building, hit the building shortly after fledging and didn't survive. It's hard not to feel envious for the safe natural environment your falcons have access to.
They're truly fun birds to watch. I wish your little ones grow up fast and strong.
Thanks for sharing the photos.
Debbie
