Did an engagement shoot last weekend and I was wondering whether anyone could comment on composition, and especially PP, and anything else you might notice

In the past, my processing was a little dark and I have moved away from that, but my wife thought they were too bright

Thanks in advance

They look good to me (exposure, focus, WB) but you are very close to the edge in your crops...

Lovely couple. Looks like they enjoyed their time with you.

The WB seems to wander a bit. On my monitor (albeit not calibrated), the first and third pictures appear to have his face a little bit too red. Looks like you nailed the WB on 2 and 4.

The posing is a bit off to me. In 1, 2, and 4, they are not looking lovingly at each other. In two of these, one person is looking at the camera and the other is looking at the partner. I like to see engagement photos where they are visually connecting with each other.

#3 gets them connecting their gazes and her arm positioning is great, but his arms/hands are not finishing the connection. I think that if his right hand was posed to touch her forearm that a stronger bond would have been photographed.

You also got very nice bokeh with the OOF separation on the backgrounds.

Overall, I would bet they will be very pleased with these. I'm probably being picky because that's what I'm working on right now.

Thanks for sharing. I'm trying to improve my couples posing, too.

Image editing OK, encouraged, and expected. Thank you for helping me learn!

I also glanced through these and the ones on your site. In general, to me you were overall successful in capturing some good photos of the couple. The two B&Ws stood out nicely. My first impression of the ones on this post were that they are too tightly cropped. I am trying to train myself to allow for cropping in post production rather than in camera because I get burned every once in awhile.

The two other thing that you might want to consider is that the lighting is very flat for most of the photos and the smiles seemed to cheesy at times. I would try mixing up the expressions as best you can, not that I have any great ideas on how to do that. There are various options lighting and it really helps to have more directional lighting in modeling their faces and adding interest.
