Good composition/action with face shots. They do look soft, slightly out of focus or you need to increase your shutter speed.

1,2 and 4 are back focused (watching where the grass is in focus in comparison to the action), it's hard to tell without the RAW file in DPP if it was the point grabbing something further back the action moving faster than the AF or if micro adjustment is needed (and I'm not sure if the 1DX leaves that as an option). There is also variable light and the cloudy skys aren't helping, but #6 shows that the soft light doesn't mean you can't be tack sharp.

Once that last little bit gets nailed down with the AF, there is some great emotion from the players with these and many clean backgrounds of just foliage; definite keepers.

I agree they look a little soft or out of focus, the shutter speed seems high enough (1/2000 - 1/3200) so it's probably missed focus
