...taking a bath! This young eagle spent about 10 minutes splashing around and enjoying himself. By the look of him at the end, he had fun.

There were taken at 1/2000 sec. I wanted them nice and crispy.

He sure did enjoy it Carol. He was still wary though. Every time he stopped splashing for a few seconds, he would stick his head up and have a quick look all around.

I also love the one with his leg in the air. Looks like he's ready to do the crane kick from Karate Kid.
