5D III and slower card... 14 RAW images and it stops entirely.
With 32GB Lexar 1000x and after about 30 RAW images it just slows down the rate.

But at that point as long as you have a 30mbs or faster card it clears at the same rate (because the 60d can't write any faster than 30mbs.
