Astro & humidity = how much does it affect the photo?

So just curious, how much does say 75% humidity affect astrophotography? I ask because tomorrow night is supposed to be clear, new moon (yay!), very low wind and temperature is just right and will be heading up north to get away from all the city/town lights.

Anything I need to know?

Big problem with high humidity is condensation on your lens.
