Luxi is a light meter that was released for the iPhone back in 2013 - https://www.kickstarter.com …pter-for-iphone?ref=users (external link)

Did anyone here purchase one and use it? If so, what are your thoughts on it?

The makers of Luxi is back at it again with Luxi For All Light Meter. Same as the iPhone Luxi but it now works for Android, iPad and tablets.

I just placed my pledge for it and was just curious if anyone had any experience with the iPhone version.

I almost got this last time but ended up not doing it because it does not meter for strobes/flash.

I didn't get one last time bc I don't have an iPhone. But I got in on it now that it is universal.

I'm normally pretty decent at guessing exposure when shooting film and using Sunny 16. But I'm curious to see how accurate this will be as slides are less forgiving...

For $20, it's worth a shot. I just got in on it as well.

They just added a new reward. $35 gets you 2 Luxi for All.

They also have some $19 spots open.

Got my Luxi For All today. Don't have a digital camera around to test the accuracy, but I'll be shooting a roll of film this week based solely on the readings I get from the Luxi. We'll see how it turns out!

Nice. I haven't received mine yet. Hopefully soon. Did you get any tracking numbers?

Thanks. Haven't received any emails yet. I paid $35 for 2. So I guess I'm near the end of the batch since it seems that they are going in order of pledge levels.
