Going to be doing a long board (Skateboard) slide event tomorrow. Hopefully the weather doesn't cancel the event. Been doing quite a bit of research and the things I found were shooting low, shooting continuous and AI servo being the order of the day.
Anyone else out there shoot similiar skate, or similar, events and has any tips. I think they are going to put me on one turn and have me catch participants on that turn as they come through and hopefully complete the turn. I definitely plan on keeping the mode in continuous to catch any mishaps.
Just curious about any other suggestions from those that might have done other comparable work.
During the non race times, I plan on running a second body to catch candids of the crown and if I can convince the wife, maybe have her catch some reaction shots while I catch the action itself.
Anyt tips would be greatly appreciated.
