i went to a local park and just played around, i'm trying to start to get into photography and i forgot my tripod lol

i'm using a digital rebel and i was using the stock lense for these

please critique, i can use any help i can get

the first one is great did you add grain? I would clone out the car in the background on the second.. Great job.. I really like them. Sari.

the 1st one almost works.....the tree coming out of her head kinda kills the eye travel.....maybe with less DOF it would have been better.....better luck next time.....

the idea is definately there...just pay more attention to the entire frame during execution and before release......don

A lot of shots to critique... so I will say that you have an interesting style. I like it. Focus is a little off on some photo's but I like how you get right up close and personal.

It is kind of a bit much to get into critiquing. The first one I think has so much potential but just barely falls short. If you'd seated her a bit to the left to not place her centrally and fill up that portion of the frame better (it's in shadow so it holds little interest compared to the right side) it would have really been excellent. As it is it's certainly a nice shot though
