I took a weekend backpacking trip with some friends into Crosby Manitou state park in Northern MN. This park is unique compared to others in Minnesota in that it is a single use park - hiking only with 16 remote backpacking campsites.
The most well known feature of this park are a set of falls known as "The Cascades" found near the North end of the park.
Another point of interest I found after a little exploration was an un-named set of falls off the beaten path. You could only reach these by taking an un-marked spur trail to a steep, rocky (dangerous) decent into the Manitou River valley. My tripod couldnt make it down this chute so I had to bump the ISO to get the depth of field I wanted, but I still like the end result:
