Framing script or action

Who has a simple action or script that will automatically put my image into a frame for online viewing so I can automate the process quickly?

What kind of frame? Just a border?

If you have landscape or portrait will it work so I can do batch processing?

Works in either orientation. File should be flattened and Rulers set to "Percent". Wouldn't take much to add a "Flatten" step.

Personally I think frames are cheesy but this script is awesome. It does framing; prints EXIF metadata, and lots of other neat stuff: FrameShop Script

The zip file I posted should have one atn file and 1 text file. The link PM gave is a javascript file.
